Hop Ride IPA
7.2% alc. by vol.
This beer is brewed using 2-Row, wheat, Vienna and caramel malts and is hopped with Summit’s for bittering and flavor and Ahtanum for aroma. This IPA was also dry-hopped, meaning hops were put in the fermentors and serving tanks to give a big citrus and spicy aroma, with Ahtanum, Challenger and Chinook hops. Our IPA is an American style IPA that has a high amount of bitterness but is well balanced and very drinkable.

6.6% alc. by vol.
This is Matt Breen’s Midnight Porter that we chose for the best of show in the Winterfest homebrew competition. This will be entered in the Pro-Am competition at this year’s GABF and served exclusively at Tenaya Creek.
Midnight Porter is a Robust Porter with lots of roasted and chocolate flavors and aromas. Brewed using a blend of seven different malts and three hop varieties, this is a complex Porter with wonderful flavors.

Belgian White Ale
On Tap Now!

5.9% alc. by vol.
Belgian-style white ale specifically brewed for the summer months. A cloudy white beer, brewed with Belgian Pilsner malt and white wheat. We spiced this ale with Coriander and orange peel. U.S. Golding hops were used for bittering and Sterling hops were used for aroma.

Barleywine
10% alc. by vol.
For those not familiar with a Barleywine, it is a Strong Ale, originally brewed in England in the nineteenth century but is now brewed worldwide. The name Barleywine basically means that it is a beer as strong as wine. Guaranteed to warm you up on a cold evening! Brewed using premium 2-Row, CaraRed, Crystal, Carafoam, and Wheat malts. We also used Magnum, Cascade, Summit, and CTZ hops.
Cheers!

10th Anniversary Double Altbier
9% alc. by vol.
What would our 10th Anniversary be without a special beer to commemorate the occasion? This style of beer originates from Northwestern Germany. It literally means “old-style” beer, referring to the way beer used to be made before lagering. Our interpretation involves the use of Noble German hops, and the use of German specialty malts. It has a deep copper color and a mild finish. At 9% alcohol by volume, this full bodied beer is our anniversary gift to you. Prost!

Monsoon Double IPA
7.6% alc. by vol.
For all of you Hop-Heads out there! Hopped with Tim Etter's home grown Mt. Hood and Cascade hops.

Red Ryder
6.7% alc. by vol.
This is a nicely balanced beer and at 72 IBU’s it has a nice mouthful of hops but they do not overpower the multiple layers of flavors. A perfect balance with a spicy rye backdrop, strands of caramel malt, floral and citrus hops & spicy rye flow through with a good dry bitterness. This is an unfiltered ale brewed with Rye malt (hence its reddish color, and its name). Cascade and Centennial hops were used for floral and citrus notes while Magnum hops were used for bittering. Enjoy!

Kolsch
4.1% alc. by vol.
Our Kolsch is the lightest bodied beer that we brew. Kolsch is a traditional German Ale, originating from the Cologne region. Very easy drinking (perfect summertime beer) and at 4.1% ABV it is light in alcohol content and only 21 IBU's it is mild on hops but still has lots of flavor! We use only the highest quality authentic German ingredients to make this beer true to style.

Oktoberfest
6% alc. by vol.
A traditional German festival lager, amber hues with malty sweetness that is balanced with Noble hops (German Magnums and Czech Saaz).

Imperial Stout
9.1% alc. by vol.
Brewed using Pale, Caramel, Chocolate, Roast, Victory and Black Malts we obtained a beautifully massive black beer with an off-white head. With a thick, stick to your tongue body and espresso and mocha flavors, this Imperial Stout is surprisingly easy drinking. The body is balanced with a malty sweet finish and high amount of bitterness obtained from Magnum Hops.

Trippel
8.7% alc. by vol.
A golden ale brewed traditionally in the Belgian style. A high gravity trappist ale.

Porter
6.3% alc. by vol.
A full bodied dark ale, using chocolate malt. Well hopped with Simcoe, Styrian Goldings, and Cascade.

Pale Bock
5.5% alc. by vol.
This amber lager utilizes Munich malts with a hint of wheat. A combination of Czech Saaz, Tettnang, and Mt. Hood hops make up the bittering flavors. Finishing hops are strictly Perle.

Winter Spiced Ale
5.5% alc. by vol.
Our Winter Spiced Ale is deep brown in color with a ruby red outline. Brewed using Amrican and imported malts, this ale has a malty backbone with an almost raisin like flavor. U.S. Golding Hops are used for both bitterness and flavor but the stars of the show are the spices. A blend of cinnamon, nutmeg, fresh ginger and star anise add great depth with a beautiful aroma that balances the combination of malts and hops wondefully!
